I read that the cars will be wearing a new restrictor plate during the Daytona testing in a week. This plate will be slightly smaller and should steal 20 horse power from the engines, and 5 mph for the speed. Seems the cars are still traveling to fast for NASCAR. I don't have a link, I saw it on an ESPN ticker.
