Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
Can’t handle a 5 man pass rush. KP has very little time.
-
Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
Fun fact. The Steelers Offense has not scored a touchdown for seven quarters.

Just reached the 100 yard mark for the game with 9 minutes to go in the third quarter. Lol.

Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
Get a real coordinator before you give up on KP, that would be the logical thing to do
-
Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
Again, zero pick plays or crossing routes. The one play we run across the middle equals a first down, so we should try that again.

He has no offensive line and the worse WR Corp in the AFC, he's not great but those 2 would help matters

Definitely changes coming. I heard they’re switching from pads to tampons during practice…

That is what I mean when I say that I keep thinking that the Steelers offensive statistics can't get any worse...............and then they do! No TDS in 7 straight quarters is inexcusable.

Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
Might lose but good challenge

Agreed. It’s just not an NFL offense. The basic building blocks are flawed.
Canada is some guy who saw the things that good Offense does and copied them but didn’t understand how the concepts worked so it all falls apart because there is no actual foundation.

If we only had Sam Howell we would be undefeated.

Drive killer
I think it's more than trusting his eyes. I don't think he trusts the offense or some of the players to be where they are supposed to be or to be open.
The thing Pickett needs to get better at is looking for matchups and maybe saying screw the natural progression. If he identifies the coverage and a favorable matchup, he needs to trust that more and go with it. Established quarterbacks do that often. They recognize the coverage and will go directly to the most favorable matchup rather than following the regular progression of the play.
Far too often in this offense, there is nothing open on the first read. I mean these receivers are just not open. The routes give little to no chance of YAC.

Does Tomlin ever win a challenge?

Another lost challenge. That turned into a challenge win. [emoji23]

And that’s stuff that comes with being a veteran.

Defense is just as bad as the offense.

I agree 100%. There is nothing positive to say about one aspect of this offense. KP isn't performing any worse than the next guy, including Canada.

Lol, Baltimore without a penalty today. Sure.

Great defense. If only we had an offense.

Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
You see that stuff right there? A solid playcall and a good throw but the Rats receiver drops it.
That is the kind of stuff that you blame players for. The Steelers never ONCE have opportunities like that. NEVER.

Re: Week 5 2023: Ravens @ Steelers
Should be 17-3 right now, Steelers got lucky

Jones will not be returning to the bench
