George Pickens right now has shown he's a very good possession receiver, but not a Mike Wallace-type gamebreaker. Calvin Austin III was supposed to be some field burner, but we haven't seen him yet. I know Canada sucks, but just who on the Steelers Offense scares anybody? You have to play to the horses you have.
It's like the mess earlier in the season where we got on Canada for not throwing over the middle. Only to find out that he is calling middle routes and Mitch Trubisky is garbage and can't see the field. Canada definitely failed to scheme something together to smoke and mirror away Mitch's GLARING issues, yes, he definitely fell short there. But Mitch Trubisky is Mitch Trubisky.
Near the end of the season the Offense showed that they could overcome deficits. Early on, most definitely correct. A touchdown deficit was insurmountable, but they grew from that. I think your mind may change if we see Kenny Pickett has a game where he explodes and stage a multi-score comeback.
