Sigh.....This offense is just continuously inept and I do not see it getting any better from here. I know this will sound like an over-reaction, but I really think it is time for this team to go through a major re-tooling starting this off-season and also bring in an all new coaching staff. This team needs a fresh change across the board, and this is not just Tomlin bashing on my part. There are some good pieces on this team to go forward with on defense as well as a good set of WRs, but major changes are needed everywhere else on offense.
