Bernie Sanders Against Open Borders

Responding to the criticism he received from Hispanic groups after an interview with Ezra Klein of Vox earlier this week where he made similar comments Sanders dismissed them as organizations who support "completely opening up the border."

"What they are talking about is completely opening up the border," Sanders responded. "That was the question. Should we have a completely open border so that anyone can come in the United States of America? If that were to happen, which I strongly disagree with, there is no question in my mind that that would substantially lower wages in this country."

If this ends up Bush vs Clinton, I'm seriously thinking about sitting this one out. This whole presidential election is a joke. No matter the year, it is the same ole same ole.

Washington (CNN) Republican frontrunner Donald Trump said Friday that the U.S. should only step in on Crimea if European countries ask for help and, until then, it remains "Europe's problem."

"And Europe isn't complaining as much as we are. But this is more of a Europe problem," Trump continued. "And when Europe comes to us and says, 'We want your help, we want your help,' but they're not really doing that. "But why isn't Germany leading this one?" Trump asked. "You know Germany is a very rich, very powerful nation. Why aren't they dealing on it moreso? Everything the United States — we're like the policeman of the world."

Trump is going to surprise a lot of people.... including the GOP faithful because he isn't in the fraternity of the career politicians. The people like that. I like that. I really do wonder if people realize that straight talking isnt a good thing if you have no idea what youre talking about. No candidate has been more ambiguous and/or blatantly stupid about the intricacies of their ideas than Trump.

Donald Trump accuses Obama of 'doing absolutely nothing for the black community'

Days after assuring that he has the support of Hispanic voters, Donald Trump has now claimed that African-American people are also on his side - and that Obama has let them down.

In yet another round of bashing the President, the billionaire said Obama has done 'absolutely nothing' for the black community.

He gave the comments during an interview on Sunday with ABC This Week.

'I think he (Obama) has done a very poor job as president,' Trump said.

'We have $18 trillion in debt and (it's) going up rapidly

'We don't have victories anymore. China is killing us on trade, Mexico is killing us at the border and also on trade.

'I think that he has set a very poor standard. I think that he has set a very low bar. And I think that it's a shame for the African-American people.

'And by the way, he has done nothing for African-American people.

'You look at what's going on with their income levels, their youth

'I thought he would be a great cheerleader for this country. I thought that he would have done a great job for the Africa-American citizens of this country.
