Oh, and Cordian Hagans not actually 499 pounds.
Sylvester also listed back at ILB after reports of him moving outside in the spring.
Some of these tweets are funny! :rofl2:

Done with the 2nd day of camp. Went well, defense is comin along got a lot of work to do to get back to our #1 caliber. Offense is lookin real good for this first stage of camp gotta stay consistent an push through to the season. I have a really good feeling about special teams this year, I feel like we are gonna be back at the tops of the league in all the categories. The players like coach Danny Smith, he's aggressive an passionate which sits well with us players. Gonna be a great year but this is just the start got a lot of work to do. Sly

HAHAHA!
In an interview, Dwyer said he lost 25, 30 pounds in the offseason and is down to around 230. Wants to get to 225 before first preseason game.
True, but he shouldn't overwork his body and hurt himself. I think working out two times a day is okay, but three is a little too much. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's in shape and lost weight, but I just don't want him to get hurt from overworking his body or tiring out.
First roster moves of camp.
Steed was a stud at Furman. Dominant ST'er I think. I have a scouting report on him somewhere I'll pull up.

My report on Steed when he came out for the draft in 2012. Not as dominant of a special teamer as I thought (probably thinking of Justin Bethel). But decorated college career.

The Good
- Good amount of bulk
- Solid tackler
- Special teams value
- Strong senior year
- Ballhawk
The Bad
- Has trouble getting off blocks
- Lacks speed
- Passive versus the run
- Lower level of competition
Other
- 2011 FCS All-American
- 2010 All Southern Conference
- Returned two INTs for TDs junior year
- 4 INTS senior year for Paladins, 14 in career
- SoCon All-Freshman team in 2008
- Blocked two punts freshman year
Final Word
Didn’t get a really good look at him. Another guy that may have to switch to safety but ball skills could lead him to be a competent FS.

From Tomlin's presser. Nick Williams did not finish with a knee injury. Cortez Allen still "day to day". Per Wexell, David Johnson had surgery on his knee two weeks ago. Van Dyke the biggest injury. Tomlin called it "significant". My two cents but wouldn't be surprised to see him go on IR soon.
