I don't really see it that way, but my initial disappointment was pretty strong, especially hearing that all US citizens weren't evacuated from the country and seeing those Taliban fucks overrunning the country.

It's becoming more and more evident that Joe Biden is singularly the most incompetent bumbling buffoon ever to step foot in the White House. This country is far worse shape under him. Of course me and everyone else with at least 2 functioning brain cells didn't vote for him because it was clear as day that this is what would happen with Biden in the White House. I mean this is a guy who has never actually accomplished anything other than suckering stupid people into voting for him. This guy is a joke and is quickly turning America into one too

There's a problem with that. Joe Biden isn't running the country. This is what happens when you have a shadow government run by party insiders. Biden and Harris are just their stooges.
The frightening thing is that everyone knew this well in advance, and the idiot D lever-pullers were ok with that. Didn't even consider that the form of government makes a huge difference. For two consecutive elections, the Democrats have been pushing the idea of being governed by a Politburo rather than represented by individuals. That concept was utterly rejected in 2016, so by hook or by crook, they made sure they got what they wanted this time. And this is the result. That so many sycophants are jumping to defend it is nauseating.

You guys don't get it. People didn't vote for Biden because they liked him (I personally thought he was the worst of all the D candidates in the primary). They voted against YOU, and people like you. Trump during his entire presidency stoked the flames of division instead of trying to get people to work together, and it backfired. His 'base' were total fans of it, but everyone else was turned off. Some people are sick of seeing nothing but finger pointing and people playing the blame game. Trump couldn't open his mouth without throwing insults to anyone that wasn't on his side, and that seemed to have rubbed off on his supporters. What this did was made the Trump mob seem like a bunch of unlikeable dicks and the vote was more so against you than Trump. This is just my observation, that's all. Independents who were in the middle of the road mostly leaned toward Biden because we saw the polarization between parties to be the biggest problem in the US. Of course both sides are to blame, but Trump was someone that was throwing gasoline on the fire.

I was a fan of how the country was doing. I was a fan of how my job was doing. I was a fan of how I was making a living and doing well. I was a fan of being damned near energy independent. I was a fan of the way the country as a whole was returning to thinking about America first. I guess that makes me an unlikeable dick.

There's no problem with that, and you probably weren't one of the people I saw as a problem. It's those types that can't open their mouths or complete a single sentence without throwing an insult to the other side of the table. Or those types who every single post they have on social media is an attack to the left. It's getting old and people honestly were tired of listening to that shit. 2016 was a protest vote against the establishment. 2020 was a protest vote against all the polarization and infighting.
I have no problem with America first, I was all for it. Some people saw the polarization as the biggest threat to America. I did, and certainly wasn't alone there.

I mean .. everything you just said is what the Democrats have been doing, times 10. Finger-pointing, divisiveness, bullying, all of it. People voted for Trump mainly because they were tired of Democrat bullshit. I am not exactly a huge Trump fan myself. I am against the Democrats because their actions and intentions are despicable.

Oh please, the Democrats were probably more responsible for the political infighting as they threw hissy fit after hissy fit over losing the election to Trump and trying for 4 years to get him thrown out of office. The Democrats tried to concoct unfounded scandals and baseless impeachment articles while whiny SJWs tried to get everyone who didn't hate Trump cancelled, and that was before BLM and Antifa thugs ravaged city after city last summer. Trump didn't help anything with his tweets, but even without the tweets, the Democratic party created a toxic environment through their 4 year long hissy fit. The thought that people voted for Democrats' useless dementia suffering puppet to solve polarization actually makes them even more clueless and more easily brainwashed then I thought. I only hope that a real leader can step in in 2025 and undo the damage you and all the other Biden voters voted for and that it's not too late for this country by then
Voting for Joe Biden to solve polarization. You're hilarious :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

Like I said, both parties are at fault when it comes to that, I won't deny that ever. What Trump did however, was put that into overdrive. I admit, watching the 2016 primaries and debates, he cracked me up a lot when taking shots at other candidates / Hillary, but eventually I told myself "Is this who I want running the show?". In my opinion, it was funny and I could see the allure of it. I almost casted a vote for him in 2016 as a joke, until I realized that this could be the actual face of the country. I checked Gary Johnson's name instead. In any case, you do have to admit that the animosity between both parties were probably worse than they've ever been when Trump was elected, and he was actually encouraging it. That's really what I couldn't get behind.
In any case I've went down the path of nihilism when it comes to politics a long time ago. None of these people are out for the best interest of the American people, and they don't give a fuck about you or me. None of them. John McCain was probably the last candidate I genuinely liked (would have been nice to serve a president that actually bled for the country), but I can't think of any else off the top. In any case my vote doesn't matter anyway thanks to the electoral college and me living in a small state.

jesus christ talk about delusional, inflation worst since Carter days yet touting the dow! speaking of carter days we now have american hostages again. gonzo post will probably age as well as when he posted joe’s approval at 54 percent. lmfao it literally lasted one week and joe and camela began to plummet. that was before he fucked up Afghanistan. dow means shit when gas at 5 bucks a gallon, opec refuses sleepys request for more oil too. but hey moderna and johnson and johnson are doing quite well. i’m sure joe will find a way to fuck up the booming housing market as well. he’s fucked up every gift Trump gave him. I’m glad there are atleast 4-5 on here who are happy with joe and the cockler , i mean the cackler.

Maybe someone can riddle me on how a guy gets banned, but obviously comes back and does the same shit and is allowed to still roam on here. I swear that the moderators' ban hammer is as useless as whatever the hell is inside Joe Biden's head
