I think the coaches/GMs around these players have told all of us what they’re worth. We don’t have to agree, and typically do not, but there it is.
Not that Jones will be the next Josh Allen but there was a point where he didn’t deserve that kind of money either. They could’ve just overpaid or they could’ve just gotten a steal…only time will tell.Quote:

The thing is, if you have a #12-15 QB you can move on and run the risk of joining 50% of the league with a #16-32 QB, or try to build around the strengths of your #12-15 QB and be a playoff team. Seems smart to do the latter unless you’re presented with a clear path to a franchise QB.
