That play was called "wing it like Flacco and hope for a PI"

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
Ronnie Brown puts it away. 27-10 San Diego.
And the Bengal fans take for the exits. Good Bye Bengals.

Re: Wild card weekend games thread

0 for 5.
I think this latest debacle finally costs him his job. I hope he doesn't get fired though. If he sticks around, it only means well for the AFC North.

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
Now I can watch the rest of the playoffs stress free.

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
Welp....this may have cost Marvin Lewis his job.

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
Hate to see the Bengals get a real coach.

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
Getting a little hot under that seat, huh Marvin?

Wont matter who the coach is as long as Dalton keeps taking the snaps.

Should have been the Steelers sending the Bungles packing once again. Thanks refs.

Sadly, I think Lewis is a good coach, it's his boss who is a complete asshat. I put mike brown in the same category as Jerruh Jones. Hire a real GM and then they'll be decent.

Doesn't take away the fact that the Steelers were screwed hard.

Hard to believe that with the cost of everything associated with the NFL, fans are perfectly content with below the par performace of the officiating. It doesn't matter what happened before any given game. The refs are screwing up. Big time.

Wait till next year! :chuckle:

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
If Big Ben started a game as bad as Aaron Rodgers has this one, certain Steeler fans would be destroying him.
Just goes to show it's about more than one player. If you can't block, run, or get anyone open no qb is going to look good. The first four games of this season wasn't about what Ben couldn't do, it was about what Ben was unable to do because of what was going on around him.

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
I did not realize there was any meaningful NFL football since last Sunday ....
once the steelers are done so am I with the NFL

So true ! And another sad thing is it was going to be BLACKED OUT but it took Kroger's, United Dairy Farmers, and a few other restaurants to buy the remaining 5000 + tickets to cancel black out. Yea, LOL what a bunch of losers, obnoxious, pathetic organization. I'm sure all the local bunghole fan's will be calling in to the local radio and tv stations whinning and crying.....guess I'll stay up tonight and watch....bwahahahahahah

Re: Wild card weekend games thread
All that pathetic fan base cares about is they went to the playoffs and we didn't. None of them seem to be embarrassed by the fact that during Marvin Lewis' tenure and 0-3 playoff record, we have win 10 playoff games, 3 AFC championships, and 2 super bowls. But they won the division! ! WOOT! Enjoy those t shirts!

Saw this on PFT. :chuckle:
*The last time the Bengals won a playoff game , Home Alone was released, the first web browser was created, and a dozen eggs cost 85 cents.*
