Did Tomlin ever say it wasn’t true? I don’t think he’d say it was true, but if he didn’t say it wasn’t true, I’d be inclined to think that it happened based on that, plus the fact he was moved on from so abruptly.
Like I posted earlier, KP says one thing, writers say another. No proof either way just have to decide which version you believe. I'm willing to give KP benefit of doubt if only because he made it all the way to being a 1st round pick. That rarely comes without some degree of willingness to sacrifice. I do think things were said/actions done that day that hurt KP with the locker-room. The coaches and players certainly backed Mason as the starter after that week. Whatever happened that day is probably a major factor in why KP is no longer with the team. Nothing is ever truly one-sided.Quote:
