If he keeps falling, I'd still take Billings unless there's something REALLY bad. But be hasn't been playing since teams last got a look at him, and if it was a huge injury we should've heard about it. Could get a steal, and if not - nothing ventured, nothing gained.

If Hargrave is gone by the next pick, I would be okay with the Steelers pulling the trigger on Billings with a (maybe) knee issue.
