Again...this seems to be from what I have seen on Fox News and YouTube to be outrage in search of an actual problem. There are few, if any, reputable doctors/clinics pumping 12 year olds full of hormones willy-nilly. In the small number of cases that they do follow this treatment protocol, it is done through a long and detailed process of consultation, consent, and waiting periods with the family/guardians. Gender dysphoria diagnosis is not the same as "start hormones now and surgically mediate your genitalia". Typically, most intervention/treatment is mental and social counseling through puberty (16-18 in general) and then movement towards more dramatic medical interventions if everyone involved wants. Most of those require long-term and ongoing mental health assessment.

Not to mention that the entire debate is wrapped up in a series of binary assumptions that are simply untrue. Which is what drives many of the stats. Just because you are born with male sex organs, want to have sex with men, and not conform to culturally determined gender roles doesn't mean you also want to change your biological sex from male to female. It might and it just as well might not. Reading through the entire Wiki article and other things it can be seen that treatment protocols are moving towards embracing a gender identity in children with identity issues rather than a sexual identity. Which makes sense. We can take it back to the Kinsey scale and make the argument that no one is truly 100% any specific sexual orientation. If you couple that with gender identity, and biology you are going to get a ton of confused and messed up folks. Separating them all into different identities that make up portions of a whole person just makes sense.

I suppose that Biden may have mutant powers that control the weather and is responsible for the over 1/3 decrease in Texas refinery capacity. Because that is the only way anything he has done would have impacted gas prices. Thanks for your concern, but I'm doing great thanks. I empathize for all those that struggle in life and that is why I do what I can to support charities and homeless shelters, etc. But a lot of your problems are manifested by your attitudes in life.

Nobody is out to get any of us and the sooner you realize that, the sooner you can take control of your own life and start to achieve success, rather than being bitter and angry all the time.
