Sources: NFL, NFLPA agree to CBA terms
Finally!
After years, months, weeks and days of haggling over all the details of a new collective bargaining agreement, the NFLPA and NFL finally came to an agreement on terms in the wee hours of Monday morning, FOXSports.com has learned.
The NFLPA player representatives and players still must vote to approve it, but at this point it appears a formality.
Sources within the negotiations told FOXSports.com that under the new agreement, the schedule will be different than originally reported. Under the new terms, team facilities will open as early as Tuesday and training camps will begin Thursday for 10 teams, Friday for another 10 and over the weekend for the remaining 12 teams............

Finally! :applaudit: Now the question is will there be some fan backlash over all that's happened over the past few months and what both the league and the players will do to try to smooth things over. Honestly, there should have been a deal done a couple of months ago - there was no need to drag it out this long.

Just filed to NFLN: Final settlement document has been completed & is ready to go. The players will vote on it, presuming conf call goes OK.

So if after the players vote to accept it, and bring back the union, when can players enter the facilities ? And when I wonder can the Rooney's, or Goodell take Harrison to the " Woodshed " ?

There is always the NBA Lockout if you want a soap opera that will go longer then the NFL's Lockout.
FINALLY!!! We can actually worry about what is taking place on the field for once.
