So frustrating watching the Steelers on offense this half. Predictable runs on 1st down over and over. Sometimes it seems like they don't really want to score. I think Russ has completed every pass this half, but only 3 points is pathetic.

Well, Russ is completing passes, but is holding onto the ball too long and taking sacks.

He took a sack that made Boz's attempt much longer than it needed to be when he missed.

Russ also rolled to his left and had about 10 seconds to get rid of the ball but elected to hang onto it and take a three yard loss instead of throwing it away. They then came up 2 yards short on a third down completion and were stopped on fourth down.

Russ underthrew Calvin Austin when he was about 10 yards behind the defense. It was a completion, but that should have been a touchdown.

Then Russ fumbled that just led to a field goal.

Now he holds the ball instead of taking what's there and getting into field goal range before halftime.

Too many negative plays so far. Zero efficiency from Russ so far tonight. Russell Wilson can't keep making those mistakes.

I don't disagree with any of this. Russ has done all these things. I am mostly just frustrated with the what appears to be predictable play calling and the lack of diversity/creativity in offense. Maybe Russ can't execute a more diverse set of plays. It does seem most of his passes are the deeper routes or he runs around in backfield until someone gets free.

I'm not attacking you at all. I'm just commenting on Russell Wilson and what I see as a major problem in this game.

I'm not thrilled with the play calling either. Tomlin going for it on every fourth down has been a disaster to this point as well. A pretty disastrous situation to be in when they literally controlled the time of possession with over 14 minutes of possession compared to just over 3 minutes for the Browns into the second quarter. Just an embarrassing number of mistakes, penalties, and coaching decisions to this point.

I did not think you were attacking me at all. Sorry if I came across as sensitive. I am just frustrated tonight with how inept and inefficient the offense is. It feels like it is being put on the defense and special teams again to win this game.
