As long as someone that knows what they’re looking at does some more homework this time; I don’t care who it is.
Canada’s motion did nothing. But I watched the Bills use motion to get a 4th down conversion I could’ve made. And the Packers repeatedly used it to get backup TEs open.
So maybe look into that?

Packers did a great job down the stretch of getting guys wide ass open, which of course makes Love look like a pro bowler

Does he wear goofy straw hats? Does he favor 2 yard routes and avoid the middle?

Exactly!
Honestly if we had a just bad NFL level offense we would have probably won our division considering how we did with the garbage that Canada put out there.

I like the fact that the Rams were a top10 offense. Zach Robinson was a big part of that. The Rams also had a rookie WR go for nearly 1500 yards. If Pickens and CA3 are going to reach their full potential, An OC like this may be the key.
I would also like it if RB Darrell Henderson came with him to the Steelers.

If GP could reach his full potential, we would have a top 3 WR.

This may be unpopular but I’m a big fan of Eric Bieniemy.

He should definitely get an interview. I’m sure he’d be a big hit in the diva/WR room!

If a coordinator has some experience as a QB at the pro level, even as a backup that’s a big plus. Doesn’t guarantee they’ll be good (some former QB’s can’t teach) and some great OC’s were not QB’s at the pro level (bill walsh) but it helps that they know what the QB is facing and can help with nuances and some defensive looks/signs that a former pro QB would know in game action

Bieniemy knows how to design an offense. He has good design and route trees built into the offense and he gets guys open.
My worry about Bieniemy is that I'm not sure he believes in the run game enough. He seems to be a guy that wants to chuck it all game long. Ala vintage Andy Reid back in Philly. I don't know this for a fact, but what he did with the Redskins was to have his quarterback drop back as often as possible and throw it all over the field. It led to big yards, but it also led to leading the NFL in sacks and interceptions when Howell was under center. You need a QB with lightning processing to operate like that. Probably not best for a rookie, but he may have been following directives because the team was willing to let Howell make mistakes to see what he was capable of. Maybe they just wanted to expose him to as much as possible in a short period of time. Who knows how much of that was following the wishes of his head coach and front office.
The passing concepts are there, but I think more thought needs to go into protections and a more run-centric version of what he ran in Washington. The amount of sacks that were taken by the Commanders was mind-boggling. That can't happen here.
No matter what, he comes from the coaching tree of a great offensive mind and ran a great offense in Kansas City. The team should be able to discern what he would be able to do with his offense to match it to the philosophy of the team and the direction they want to go.

I’m really frightened that these guys are going to go with Kingsbury…

I hope they don't drag their feet until their only option would be to hire in-house.

No worries there will always be a lousy external hire available too. What takes these guys so long to make interviews happen. It's not like they are busy getting ready to play

Seems like they are taking a little time. Robinson is gone but he may never have been a real candidate in his mind. Sounds like he was always going with Morris to Atlanta. Steelers would've had to offer him the gig right out of the gates without doing their due diligence with the rest of the candidates.

Franchises that have been failures have already made their decisions. Steady franchises are still trying and measuring.
