The Cardinals are on the clock...
The Cardinals are on the clock...
Over at Steelers Fever, every year, teegre & I would coordinate a "Steelers Fever Consensus Mock Draft".
We would start with the first pick... with a thread, a poll, and a discussion. The poll/thread would be up for 12 hours, and then, we'd move on to the next team. So on & so forth until we would get to Pittsburgh's selection, where the poll would stay open for several days.
Why??? This will allow for us to get a sense of who might ACTUALLY be there at pick #25. No joke: we've come pretty close every single year. Have fun with it.
So... as not to break tradition...

[Mods, we don't want to garbage up the front page. Please, move/erase the Chiefs thread.]
Re: The Cardinals are on the clock...
I could definitely see Noah Spence. Cardinals took a risk on Tyrann Mathieu and now they own arguably the best safety in the league. What a boon. Bruce Arians isnt afraid of taking risks, I think he'll see if he can do the same with Noah Spence
Re: The Cardinals are on the clock...
nearly 100% sure I am a minority on this but believe they take Connor Cook here , Palmer close to done and they know what life without him is like

...but, this makes even more sense.
Re: The Cardinals are on the clock...
I'm surprised OLB Leonard Floyd is still available, I've seen mocks that had him going in the top-10...
Re: The Cardinals are on the clock...
slightly off topic but here it is anyways .

I have now heard the names of 7 different QBs in the 1st round. I mean there's reaching for a QB and there's just playing darts blindfolded
Re: The Cardinals are on the clock...
Arians takes a chance on Spence

Would have to be Jones, or the QB from Oregon, right?
Re: The Cardinals are on the clock...
I can't argue with Spence at this point. Adding a dynamic pass rusher to a talented team seems like a strong pick if the kid has his life straightened out.

probably Cardale Jones, but there's no way he goes in Round 1.
and Vernon Adams from Oregon probably won't be drafted until Day 3 either, although I do like him...
