Question on Bell..

Hey guys,

I apologize if this is a stupid question but I just don't know. If we were to be able to make it to the post season, would it be possible for Bell to return at some point while rehabing? I know he has yet to have surgery and it will play a factor when he can rehab afterwards.

I know that Rod Woodson did it with us with an ACL and returned for the Superbowl. I know Suggs did it recently with an ACL and was able to return. Also, TO was able to do it with an ACL rather late in the season and played in the Superbowl.

Bell's injury is an MCL. Would anyone know if it would be at all possible?

They put him on IR so no, Woodson wasn't put on IR and his roster spot was kept in hopes that he would be able to return for the playoffs.

Bell was put on season-ending IR.

They tried to do the same thing with Aaron Smith a few years ago. But he got injured again so he went on IR after the 2nd injury
