I wish him well, good to see he's rolled up his sleeves to do the right thing.
While I don't think he should ever be able to own any animals again, he did his time and I really wish him no ill will. Glad to hear he is handling his affairs in a responsible way.
He'd have been better off to just go DUI and kill a person, for all the hell he took. But I'm glad he got his life straight

Well, it took several years, hence "finally," and it wasn't clear whether that last transaction they're talking about in the article will actually get him all the way out of debt or just close. So rather than "finally out of debt" and someone says that's technically not true, I put "almost." Damned if you do, damned if you don't, I guess.
