compile all those things together and it casts a pretty ugly cloud and shows a level of risk , a level of risk that is I am a GM I just lost all interest in spending a high round pick on .... Talent level doesnt matter to me if I fear he could do something that makes him unavailable to me on game day ....
Its for me is the same level of risk the Rams took on with Lawrence Phillips , that did not work out to well for them ...
that is not saying in any way that he will become Lawrence Phillips but at this juncture that is the path he is on
I couldn't invest a first round pick for him. Especially to play a judgement position like qb. Maybe if he's a DE or Safety I still roll the dice on his athletic ability. But it's been proven time and time again athletic ability alone doesn't translate to qb on the NFL level.

Good arm, but a 2 cent brain. I would never draft him. I don't think I could be fooled by him either when he claims a complete turn around and asks for forgiveness.
