Jim Irsay apologizes for Colts’ play in preseason opener
We can agree that wins and losses don’t matter in the preseason.
We can also agree that it’s never a good idea to anger the boss.
Colts owner Jim Irsay took to Twitter on Monday to apologize for his club’s play in a 44-20 loss to Buffalo in the preseason opener on Sunday afternoon.
In defeat, the Colts were outgained 451-288 and surrendered two return touchdowns to Buffalo.
“My commanders got n earful from me!” wrote Irsay, who used some unvarnished language to describe the club’s play.
The Colts’ next preseason game is Sunday at the Giants, and it will be interesting to see if Indianapolis is a little sharper in its return to the field.

Don't ask me why, but I follow Jim Irsay on twitter. He really comes across like a complete and utter ass to me.

Preseason games are televised tryouts.
They. don't. count.
