Re: USC disowns Reggie Bush
Can't really blame them. This is the closest that the NCAA has gotten to giving the "death penalty" to a team. They want the NCAA to return some scholarships and they want to be able to play in a bowl game in 2012. But in the end it won't change anything. The NCAA isn't reversing it's original decisions.
Also, Lane Kiffin was an assistant head coach at USC when all this Bush stuff was happening and now he's the head coach. So that's a biiiiiig link to the Bush scandal.

To try to get the NCAA to change their minds on a lot of crap now a days is about as dumb as me saying the Steelers have won less the 6 Super Bowls.
Anyway, even as USC wants to cut ties to him, I will still refer to him as a USC Trojan whenever anyone asks me where he went to college. The guy may have pulled a stunt that got you on probation, but who's fault is that if you don't keep your own players in check? Pretty certain it's the school's fault if the player fails to do so.

They are making Bush out to be GW or OJ.

Speaking of OJ, USC get's rid of Bush's Heisman, but still has OJ's...

But OJ didn't disgrace the football team and cause it all these sanctions. That's all USC cares about here.
