As the Steelers practiced Thursday, one of their all-time greats was on hand to watch. Former running back Jerome Bettis stopped by the UPMC Sports Performance Complex to catch practice and visit with some of his former teammates.
After practice, Bettis headed over to Heinz Field where he hosted a “Bus Stops Here Foundation” charity event. It was a“Caring for Kids” dinner/auction that raised funds for underprivileged children in the Pittsburgh area.
