I wont be able to make hunting season this year . So with hunting season just around the corner , I will be letting my wife go hunting with her friends. She thinks Im a great guy . I even loaned her my lucky hat . She's very deer to me , I mean dear .

Wow. That's an interesting read. I'm not sure I'd go for "reckless and criminal negligence." Maybe, had the DA went for something like involuntary manslaughter... depending on how it was defined (I know, some are defined as having to show reckless and criminal negligence).

Just a sad case all around to be honest. But it does have to be said, why would you, if you heard hunters firing guns in the woods, walk out to the woods to have a look??
