Dwyer is Digest Player of Week

The preseason finale has been an important game for Jonathan Dwyer (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/team/roster/jonathan-dwyer/5bfae686-9098-4bb3-85aa-bfd8c720d223/) in each of his first two NFL seasons. Last year as a rookie, his performance against the Panthers was enough for him to earn a roster spot, and on Thursday night in Carolina he turned in an even better one.

Dwyer rushed for 88 yards on 13 carries, including an impressive 50-yard touchdown, to go along with two special teams tackles..............
