According to Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post (https://twitter.com/#!/BenVolinPBP/statuses/108655671913877504), NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told him Brandon Marshall will not be subject to discipline because no charges were filed. The case is finally closed.
