I hate to be Debbie Downer, but I think this is a bit much for an athlete's wedding, or anyone's wedding for that matter. It's almost as if Ben wanted all of this publicity for PR purposes. Sorry, it's just the skeptic in me - I wouldn't have had any questions if this had been a private wedding and reception, away from all of the media and cameras. At any rate, congratulations to Ben and Ashley, and I truly do wish them a lifetime of happiness.

the only way this would not have had media attention is if they would have flown out of the country to get married. there were planes and helicopters flying over Tony romo's wedding trying to take pictures.


It's just Pittsburgh showing Ben some love and welcoming his bride to the family! They seem to be handling it pretty well, why fight it? Just have fun with it!
