Cribbs was at his barber last Friday when he found a ticket on his car despite there being eight minutes left on the meter. He quickly tweeted about what he believed was an error on the part of police in Cleveland Heights.
"Well, since this is a lockout, I have the time to fight for Cleveland, fight for the blue collar workers here, and I think it's wrong and I am trying to stand up for those who can't," said Cribbs.
