The Pittsburgh Steelers (http://www.steelers.com/) are no strangers to unusual media releases, such as the new 'Steelers Rule' being shared by ESPN (http://espn.go.com/blog/afcnorth/post/_/id/28069/steelers-facing-a-runaway-train) and other news outlets. The Steelers have seen a Rooney Rule (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rooney_Rule), a Hines Ward Rule (http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/09083/957938-100.stm) and other rules over the years in the National Football League (http://nfl.com/) that in one form or another have seemed targeted at either the style of football the club plays or the team directly. After learning that the NFL's new proposal to give players who get penalized on the field a hit in the wallet along with the club, and that the new rules were dubbed the 'Steelers Rule', players and fans are screaming 'foul'........
