Baron Batch, the Steelers' seventh-round pick in this year's draft, continues to captivate fans with his interesting personal story.

There were plenty of reasons to be excited by the Pittsburgh Steelers 2011 NFL Draft. In the first round, the Steelers drafted Ohio State defensive end Cameron Heyward with the No. 31 overall pick. Heyward may not be the flashiest of players, but he fits perfectly into Dick LeBeau and John Mitchell's coaching philosophies, and he just so happens to be one of the more interesting and high-character guys to join the NFL this year (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=A2KJjbxS2shN6DIAvqNNbK5_?slug=lc-carpenter_cameron_heyward_ironhead_different_paths _042611)..........

Mr. Batch can win over as many Steelers fans as he can. He's going to have to win the numbers game. He's a seventh round pick. Only room for 53 guys on the roster.
