Ouch. I just hope the reason(s) behind this is not because he's now broke...

Doesn't sound too bad, he should be able to get out of that with nothing more than a fine.

Stewart was a standout quarterback....In what respect, exactly, was he a "standout?" Sorry, he was just another name in the line of mediocrity we suffered under center between Bradshaw and Roethlisberger. Nothing more.

My initial thoughts were the same, but he was exciting to watch at times (every other year).

Yep, that was Kordell, all right - flashes of brilliance amidst a sea of horrible decision making and boneheaded plays.

"star"..."standout"....those are some strong words for an average player at best

Well, when he is, statistically, the third or fourth best quarterback in team history behind two Multi-Superbowl winning QB's, I guess he can be called at least a standout QB.

3rd lowest interception ratio among starters
3rd in approximate value to team among starters since 1950
4th in Completion percentage among starters
4th in QB rating among starters

*sigh* yep. My understanding is he'd do bad and then study/practice his ass off. Do good and think he knew everything and was beyond preparation. Rinse and repeat. lol

Two words that would of applied to Stewart if he would of just converted into a reciever ....

A phrase was coined due to his mediocrity: The "Kordoza Line".

You need to know baseball to get it...Mario Mendoza was a pirate, by the by...

Why was his license under suspension in the first place?
