All Carolina players should go to the Cowboys. I dislike both of them and it would make them even easier to dislike.

You can trade draft picks because they aren't NFL players
my understanding was that with no CBA that future picks could not be used as they will belong under the new agreement
7willBheaven
04-29-2011, 05:56 PM
So technically that should mean that teams cannot trade future draft picks now???
The window was open long enough for the Pats to get their mandatory first round pick via trade for the following year???
They've always been able to trade draft picks...just not players.
I figured if there was going to be a stay it wouldnt be until after the draft so the rookies can get their playbooks and all, haha.

I like the lions' moves
With his speed this guy will take the safety and leave Calvin Johnson more open
Have Staford stay healthy and they could compete in the north
Broncos have two in a row. They can wait til both times are up
I'm excited to see what the Raiders do. Always entertaining.

Good to be back...miss talking smack with my AFCN brothers (and sisters.) Though CB was a bigger need...I think you got the BPA (as far as guys who could help the Steelers.)
The Lions are starting to look scary to me. IF Fairley works outs...that's a dangerous D-line...and I like Titus Young to help open things up for Calvin Johnson.

Thanx bro! I love seeing the Browns actually do this right. I hope that they take a RT with the next pick. I know a lot of people say that WR is a bigger need...but I believe we should work the lines first. Mo-Mass and Robiskie are in their 3rd year...so this is the year to judge their progress. They could very well be good WRs.

To me...teams like the Steelers or the Ravens (teams with fewer holes) can afford to take a risk on this guy. If he pans out, it's a great thing for us...but I would rather safely fill our holes this seasons...and work on the risks next season. If he can get his routerunning down, he's a prototypical WC WR...a big guy who can get YAC. But how long will it take a guy who played 2 seasons at HB, 1 at WR...and one season off to develop.

I'm guessing all the CBs left on the board were a reach at the 63rd spot.
OT is more of a mid to long term need. We still have the Hotel this fall and Starks is brittle but we should be able to get another couple of seasons out of him.

ESPN should get rid of those guys and have Erin Andrews, Heather Cox, and Michelle Beadle cover the draft. Then you won't mind, or even notice, when they miss a pick because they're too busy hogging the camera.

Brown has very good playing speed, and great closing speed. he can go vertical with a 37 1/2 inch leap. He is the one CB I have stuck with all year.
4th round--- I kinda Zack Hurd OG
i feel pretty good about our picks =). that CB seems fast but skinny, i'm sure we'll put some meat on him a bit.
