Florida made football program history when a record nine players were taken within the first five rounds of the 2010 NFL draft.

Three players (cornerback Joe Haden, center Maurkice Pouncey and quarterback Tim Tebow) were selected in the first round, tying the school record for most first-round draft picks.

From 2000-2009, Florida had nine players picked in the first round. Here's a rundown of their NFL careers:

2000 WR Travis Taylor, ninth overall, Baltimore Ravens
Taylor earned a Super Bowl ring in his rookie season with the Ravens. After four seasons in Baltimore, Taylor bounced around to five different NFL teams (Minnesota Vikings, Oakland Raiders, St. Louis Rams, Carolina Panthers, Detroit Lions), being released by the Lions in 2008. His career numbers are 312 receptions for 4,107 yards and 22 touchdowns.

2001 DT Gerard Warren, third overall, Cleveland Browns
A former Union County High standout, Warren signed as a free agent with the New England Patriots last month. Previous stops for Warren included the Browns (2001-04), Denver Broncos (2005-06) and Oakland Raiders (2007-09). For his career, Warren had recorded 295 tackles and 32 sacks.

2001 OG Kenyatta Walker, 14th overall, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
After struggling at left tackle in his rookie season with the Bucs, Walker moved to right tackle and had moderate success. He earned a Super Bowl ring with the Bucs in 2002 before being released in 2006. In 2007, Walker tried to latch on with the Carolina Panthers but was cut in training camp.

2002 DB Lito Sheppard, 26th overall, Philadelphia Eagles
Sheppard signed with the Minnesota Vikings last month after spending one season as the starting cornerback with the New York Jets. Sheppard spent the first six years of his career with the Eagles (2002-08) before being traded to the Jets. A two-time Pro Bowl selection (2004, 2006), Sheppard has 19 career interceptions and two career sacks.

2003 QB Rex Grossman, 22nd overall, Chicago Bears
Grossman signed as a free agent with the Washington Redskins this offseason after a year as a backup with the Houston Texans. In 2006, Grossman helped lead the Bears to the Super Bowl, passing for 3,193 yards and 23 TDs as a starter. But Grossman also threw 20 interceptions that season and was eventually benched due to his high turnover rate. In his eight year career, Grossman has thrown more interceptions (37) then TDs (33).

2007 DE Jarvis Moss, 17th overall, Denver Broncos
Moss contemplated retirement in 2009, but returned to play seven games with the Broncos. In his first three seasons with Denver, Moss has recorded 3.5 sacks and made just one career start.

2007 S Reggie Nelson, 21st overall, Jacksonville Jaguars
Nelson has made 42 career starts in three seasons with Jacksonville. In that span, Nelson has recorded 170 career tackles and seven career interceptions while bouncing from safety to cornerback.

2008 DE Derrick Harvey, 8th overall, Jacksonville Jaguars
In two seasons with the Jaguars, Harvey has posted 76 career tackles and 5.5 career sacks. A pass rushing specialist, Harvey showed signs of progress in his second NFL season and could take on a more expanded role in the defense next season.

2009 WR Percey Harvin, 22nd overall, Minnesota Vikings
Harvin had an outstanding rookie season with the Vikings, catching 60 passes for 790 yards and six TDs to earn NFL offensive rookie of the year honors. Harvin also rushed for 135 yards on nine yards per carry.

Add Joe Haden, Maurkice Pouncey and Tim Tebow to that list. History suggests that one of them more than likely will not be very productive.

My tip is that Pouncey will be very productive, barring injury. Who have you got out of Haden and Tebow?
