Yeah yeah yeah, we don't need a wide receiver or runningback. But considering they are both considered 4th round picks and we like to take the BPA, I think it's worth considering. Both were INSANELY productive in college. Let's take a look:
RB Taiwan Jones: To begin with, he couldn't participate at the combine because of a foot fracture which really dumps his draft projection. Kid is big enough, makes some absolutely ankle breaking cuts in open or small space, and he's a home run hitter. Mike Mayock loves him and thinks he would have ran a 4.35 if he wasn't hurt. Let's see how he does at his pro-day.

WR Greg Salas: Tough as all hell, good size, his 40 time of 4.53 doesn't tell you how fast he plays because he has phenomenal game speed. I'm not really aware of any major injuries although i heard he had an x-ray on his ankle a year ago but those were negative (maybe it slowed him down?). He gets great separation and lots of YPC. Had an INSANE senior year with 119 catches, 1889 yards, 14 TD's, with a 15.9 YPC average. Part of that is attributed to Hawaii loving to throw the ball but those are numbers you only put up in madden.

To me, these are arguably the most underrated players at their respective positions.
