Brown, Sanders, Worilds, Pouncey have their work cut out for them. They almost did it their first year. Time to take a bigger step up and bring home#7 next year.

Of course these four are not yet close to the big 4 from 74, but it is hopeful to see what 1 good draft can do to the team's prospects. Cmon Colbert, lets get another 4-5 solid picks this year.

This one still hurts, but a worthwhile watch for a Steeler fan all the same.

Man it would be cool if we could have another draft like that.

It would also be cool if I could win the lottery...

Yeah '74 was definitely the mother of all drafts...I highly doubt we will ever see it bettered. Hell we had one helluva 1,2,3 punch don't think that will ever come around again either.

I remember a couple years back the post gazette posted the comments from the sports writers at the time of what they thought of the draft. They only thought Swan was decent, skinny Jack Lambert was considered another draft bust. Not knocking on the sports writers, but it is funny to hear what they have to say after that draft.

Surely the best draft class in Steelers and NFL history. I wonder if we'll ever see another one like it?
