Not to be Captain Obvious here or anything, but this nitwit is at it again.
Now he's staging a Boycott of BP stations...which on it's face may not sound that bad. But here's the problem. BP hasn't been in the retail gas business in years. Almost every single BP station in the country is independently owned and operated. What's more, almost all of them are locked into long-term contracts (a non-negotiable part of buying a station formerly owned by BP) to purchase their gas exclusively from BP.
So, while this may have some small impact on the corporate giant, what it will really do is put a whole bunch of small business operators out of a job.
