Well, well, well. The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review‘s Scott Brown writes what a lot of us have been thinking since the Steelers drafted Willie Colon in 2006.
In a piece looking at the organization’s draft needs, Brown notes (http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/sports/steelers/s_724012.html):

The Steelers want Flozell Adams, who proved to be a revelation at right tackle last season, to return for 2011, and the 13th-year veteran has given every indication that he intends to do so. Max Starks and Willie Colon, the team’s starting tackles for most of ’08 and ’09, are expected to make full recoveries from their respective neck and foot injuries.

I had hoped they would do that for years instead of dealing with Darnell Stapleton, Trai Essex at RG, but who knows. I dont see why they would try it now.

According to Colon's agent, it is unlikely that he will remain a Steeler next season :(

Never listen to what an agent tells you bud. Part of their job is to convince the team that their client will leave if they don't give him what he wants.

Very true. But . . . .

Colon's marketability is going to take a hit because he was out the entire season with a ruptured achilles tendon, which is a pretty severe injury, so he may be smart and take what the Steelers offer him. I'm all for moving him to RG and keeping The Hotel at RT. I guess all we can do is wait and see what transpires. :noidea:
