It's easy to get caught up in the Green Bay Packers (http://www.nfl.com/teams/greenbaypackers/profile?team=GB)' offensive fireworks, to assume that Aaron Rodgers (http://www.nfl.com/players/aaronrodgers/profile?id=ROD339293) will find his climate-controlled comfort zone under the Cowboys Stadium roof and do to the Pittsburgh Steelers (http://www.nfl.com/teams/pittsburghsteelers/profile?team=PIT) on Sunday what he did to the Atlanta Falcons (http://www.nfl.com/teams/atlantafalcons/profile?team=ATL) a few weeks ago.

Go with the hot hand, right?

Except there are a few of problems with that theory.

One, that hot hand went a little bit cold the last time it was throwing a football in anger, which was the second half of the NFC Championship Game (http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2011012301/2010/POST20/packers@bears) against the Chicago Bears (http://www.nfl.com/teams/chicagobears/profile?team=CHI).

Two, that hot hand -- along with the rest of Rodgers' body and his Packer teammates -- will be contending with something they didn't face in Atlanta or anywhere else this season: The best and nastiest defense in the NFL. Yes, he did throw for 383 yards and three touchdowns in the Packers' 37-36 loss (http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2009122006/2009/REG15/packers@steelers) to the Steelers in 2009, but that was in 2009. And it wasn't in the Super Bowl.

Three, the Steelers simply have far too much Super Bowl experience to lose a game against an opponent that hasn't played for the NFL crown in 13 years and is here largely on the strength of a late-season surge rather than any sort of consistent dominance.

This cannot be said enough: The Steelers are about to play in their EIGHTH Super Bowl. Their SIX Super Bowl victories are the most in NFL history.............

What kills me is that the majority of the dumb-ass media forgets that when the Steelers won against them last year, they did it with Tyrone "slowpoke" Carter instead of Troy. Mr. Rodgers is in for a very rude awakening if he thinks he'll have the same success throwing this time. I think our other 2 wild cards in this game are the fact that Kugler's our O-line coach this year and our special teams.

I also read that GB's weakness for the running game is on Clay Matthews' side, the right side. (I can provide a link as soon as I find it again.) Where are we the strongest with our running game? That's right.....the RIGHT side. I think the "Hotel" will have a field day, and so will Mendenhall. I think we will shove it right up the 2nd place DPOY's faggity little a$$ and run all over him.

I don't buy that experience comes into play during the game...maybe leading up to it, but during...not really.
