Juan Castillo is THE MAN!!!!

That guy scratched and clawed his way from minimal experience, (I think learned the trade from legendary Bob McKitrick in SF) to the point where he finally became an O line coach for Ray Rhodes at Philly. Then ........when Rhodes got fired, he DROVE TO GREEN BAY AND SLEPT IN HIS CAR IN THE SNOW IN FEBRUARY....just to ask Andy Reid personally if he could stay as the Eagles O line coach.

Juan Castillo will outwork anybody to be the best that he can. Congrats to him and the Iggles.

The Philly media seems surprised, but they noted he has "experience" on the defensive side of the ball... It seems like guys were shying away from Philly because of what went down with McDerrmott and this was their emergency plan. Hey, maybe he'll prove everyone wrong.
