Steelers to wear White in Super Bowl XLV

The Steelers are the road team and the Packers , the home team will get first crack of what jersey they will like to wear . The Packers will wear their home green jersey . I would have liked to see the Packers go the way of the " road warriors " of the 2005 Steelers ( 3 straight road playoff games ) and wear the road jersey so the Steelers can wear their black jersey. I kind of miss that jersey in the last 2 Super Bowls ,lol. Guess we will have to go for the hat trick and go 3 for 3 with the whites.

Actually, it would be 4 for 4. They wore white in SB IX and beat the Vikings.

Kind of ironic on the packers part. They've been winning so many games on the road in their white jerseys, now get to the SB and choose to switch over to green ? Kind of kills their momentum for a symbolic standpoint. But its kool... Steelers prefer to play the SB in their white jerseys anyway....
