You know what? It's gonna be a great Super Bowl. Two of the best franchises in the NFL both with some of the most die-hard fans in the league.

I'm glad we won't have to deal with a bunch of clueless whiny bitch NFC West fans again. Packers fans by and large know the game and won't resort to crying about the refs if they come up on the short end of things in two weeks.

I think we can beat them IF the Steelers D pressures the living shit out of Rodgers THE ENTIRE GAME, not just the first 30 minutes. That almost killed us today. :horror:

The Pack only put up 21 points on the Bears D and our D is a much better unit imho. They don't have much of a consistent running game but if given time, Rodgers and his receivers can really torch a D.

Hey Papa Lebeau - PRESSURE, PRESSURE AND MORE PRESSURE!!!!

The Pack's D wasn't all that impressive today and almost allowed a young Bears 3rd string QB (who was quite impressive) to tie it up. I'm sure Tomlin, Lebeau and Arians will all be in their laboratories coming up with some kick-ass schemes! :drink:

I have a great feeling our defense can once again with us the SB. The Packers have had such a strong success with their run run game and Starks the rookie playing well. He ran well against even the Bears D which set up the pass for Rogers, but I know our D will shut the rookie down early and for the rest of the game forcing Rogers to win the game with his arm, which yes is possible, but not something he has been used to this offseason. Leabeau PRESSURE ALL GAME!

July 12,2008

Ted Thompson has made some pretty terrible decisions in recent history. Last season Brett Favre lobbied for the Packers to trade a late round pick for Randy Moss (Who ended up leading the NFL in touchdowns and was second in receiving yards) and the Packers did nothing. Today, Friday July 11th, news has broken that the Packers organization told Brett Favre, arguably the best thing to ever happen to Green Bay that he is no longer welcome and that they would rather have Aaron Rodgers under center than the 3 time MVP(Brett Favre). This petition is to show show that Packers and football fans in general have realized that Ted Thompson should be fired immediately. There are plenty of other poor decisions that were made by Thompson but these two are the obvious terrible judgment calls.

Should the Packers fire GM Ted Thompson?

Yes (90%, 1,274 Votes) No (10%, 136 Votes)

Actually, they only put up 14 points. Don't forget fat-ass Raji ran one back. :)

That game against the Bears is now history. The Packers can score. We can score.

We need to come out alive and on fire. NO slow start from being off for 2 weeks. NO let down when we get up by 2 or 3 scores on them. I say prepare to score 45 and let the defense worry about stopping them. Don't forget that we needed 37 against them last year.
