As the Steelers triumphantly walked off Heinz Field after another classic moment in franchise history, many fans were yelling “Jets! Jets! Jets!”

But as they celebrated in their locker room, the Steelers wouldn’t bite when asked who they prefer to play in the AFC Championship Game.

No doubt, the Steelers hope to be at home next Sunday against loud-mouth Rex Ryan and the rest of the New Yorkers. But really, the Steelers don’t mind if they have to play in New England against the Brady Bunch...........

Want to play them both! we owe some payback against both teams, however beating the Pats on their own turf and go to SB would be so sweet :D

I would like a home game so in that sense go jets...but i also want to beat the pats! I dont care who wins cause in the end the STEELERS have to take care of business.

I have no problem to face the Patriots.Ben Roethlisberger is 3-0 in his career on the road in the playoffs and the Steelers are 7-1 on the road this year. And win against the Patriots at Foxboro is an unbelievable feeling!

Either one. It would be good to have a home game but as other said, it would be GREAT to beat the Pats (the already crowned AFC champs) on their home turf.

Of course a huge advantage to get our Steelers in the Championship game in Pittsburgh so of course I want the Jets, but am i worried about playing the Pats, hell no, we will overcome and Ben just know's how to win when it matters most!
HERE WE GO STEELERS HERE WE GO!!!

On one hand, it would be nice to get revenge on the Patriots. Not just for this year's beatdown, but for the home losses in '01 and '04 in the AFC Championship games. We can give that right back to them.

On the other hand...we would have a better chance at the Superbowl if we play the Jets...

So go Jets! :P

I totally believe in these guys and the coaches so I'm of the belief that as long as they play Pittsburgh Steelers football for 60 minutes, they can beat anyone in any venue! :tt02: Hell - they played only 30 minutes of Steelers football in the 2nd half yesterday and look what they accomplished!

I would rather play the Jets because it will be at home and will probably be an easier game. But I'm not as worried about playing the Cheats as I was a month or 2 months ago.

I couldn't agree more. If we control the tempo and the flow of the game, avoid making mistakes, we win. Even with a banged up O line.

I could care less who we play. If you can't win, too bad for you.

If you had your pick of a team:

-Lead by Tom Brady on the road or one lead by Mark Sanchez at Heinz field?????????

Lets all be serious. 90% of us here are hoping the Jets win today. Hope Smoketonio has a big game.

I will be rooting for the Jets, because I want the Patriots to lose 50-0 this week, just like every other week.
