Sean Brame received a special Christmas gift when an anonymous donor gave him two tickets to a Pittsburgh Steelers game last month.

It had been a dream of Brame's to see his favorite team play at Heinz Field.

A man in a tuxedo handed an envelope to Sean's older brother, Patrick, as they were leaving a formal gala for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central PA last month.

"These are for you and your brother," the man said. "Merry Christmas."

Sean, 14, of Newberry Township, had been a guest speaker at the event, sharing his story about his multiple amputations after contracting sepsis through a sports injury, said Debra Barry, a spokeswoman for the organization.
His family stayed at the Ronald McDonald House for months, she said.

The freshman at Red Land High School is such an avid fan of the Steelers that he got tattoos of the players on his prosthetic legs around Thanksgiving.

The two tickets for the Dec. 23 game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Carolina Panthers were up for auction during the gala.............................
