Sunday night, Lance Williams of Steel Curtain Radio (http://whatchatalkinbout.com/), Michael Bean of Behind The Steel Curtain (http://www.behindthesteelcurtain.com/) and I had a very interesting discussion about Saturday’s Armageddon (http://http//sports.espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2010/news/story?id=6008150&campaign=rss&source=NFLHeadlines).
It was planned to be a podcast, but unfortunately some technical issues with the recording meant it was just three guys talking Steelers instead.

But even with the recording not working, it was a fun talk, and it brought up some interesting points. One of the most salient was a conversation we had about what the Steelers have to do to win this game. Obviously this is about as evenly matched as a game can be — the last four Steelers-Ravens games have all been decided by a field goal — so there was some thought that it will be the team who makes fewer mistakes will be the one who pulls out the win.............

Personally, I'd like to see the Steelers make explosive plays all day long, but I'm selfish that way. :heh:

Where I'm at is that the team who doesn't turn the ball over and take stupid penalties is going to be the victor and move on to the AFCC. HOLD ON TO THE BALL and don't let the Rats get into your heads because you know they're going to try. :tt02:

I think this game my be hinged on Lebeau's ability to confuse Flacco and the Ravens WR's by disguising the coverage. If we can take away their short passing game and keep pressure on Flacco...I think the game is ours.
