PO`d Pats* fan

I was talking Steeler football w/ some fans on a non-football related forum. I said that I thought while the *Pats were the odds on fav, the Steelers are quietly peaking at a good time and if they can thwart the cheating coaches, they just might take the Pats out. Then I got this response...

"Screw you! The Jets were taping the patriots the year before and they were simply asked to leave the stadium by Bellicheck. Bellicheck decided to teach them a lesson the next year and "Mangenious" ran to mommy. In hindsight, the patriots really don't need the tape, do they?

The Patriots are one of the greatest sports franchises in the world today. They have 14 players out on injured reserve. They got rid of a hall of fame receiver. They are starting people who have been cut from other teams and they are winning without excuses. You never hear anything from them other than we have to play the next team.

I personally can't root for a quarterback (Big Ben) accused of a sexual assault in Tahoe and a rape in some bar. Did you read the transcript of that most recent woman. When asked if she fought him she said, "No." When asked why not, she said, "Because I was scared he was going to hurt me more than he already was." She dropped the charges because she was scared that some steelers fan would kill while the court system fended off Big Ben's high paid legal team.

The steelers have a great tradition, a great coach and some great players. I respect the team. But once they or anyone else starts talking smack, then I hope they get beat down by 70 points, which is a real possibility if the Steelers walk into Foxboro for a playoff game in December. "

How many playoff games have they won since they had to quit cheating? Zero (in 2007 it was too late for teams to change their signals.)

2008-No playoffs
2009-Lost the playoff opener.

Guess they did need the tapes. But we knew that, because if there were no advantage they wouldn't have done it.

Bellishit cheated but that isn't the main reason I hate the guy. In one game against Pittsburgh (2005 regular season game) one of the Pats' players was injured and the Steeler medical staff was trying to help him. Bellishit yelled at them to get away from his player. He's the biggest douchebag coach. If I had a choice, I'd rather see Rex and his donut eating, feet loving self win than Bellishit.
