What do you mean they're doing well? It has them at 8-7.

Of course, it also has the '72 Dolphins and '85 Bears at 8-7, and the 1991 Redskins are apparently the best team in history by a wide margin. Basically, this is crap.

6th out of 16 isn't "doing well".

1975 Steelers are the worst in the league?

They're giving up more points than the Air Coryell Chargers.

91 Redskins vs 92 Cowboys playing for best team ever? LOL.

Ridiculous hogwash.

It's not "team vs team", it's season stats vs season stats, crunched to look like football. Which is an entirely different thing, as close to real football as Stratomatic is to real baseball. You can imagine baseball from playing Stratomatic, but it is just a bunch of cards and dice; no ball anywhere.

That being said, everyone is bunched between 10-5 and 5-10. Seeing as how it is all stats, I don't see anything statistically significant here. Run the whole thing a second time and it will come out completely different. A waste of time.

Didn't ESPN do this years ago with the "teams of the decade?"

Pretty sure the 70s Steelers beat the 80s 49ers on a Second Immaculate Reception to win the title as best team ever.
