Brett Favre: Longwell Says QB's Return "50-50" - 6/6/2010 12:30:19 PM

Update:
Vikings' kicker Ryan Longwell thinks it's 50-50 that Favre (ankle) will return to the Vikings this season, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Recommendation:
"I think it's 50-50 either way," said Longwell. The kicker plays golf with Favre and the two were teammates with the Packers, so he may have some insight, but it's just the latest in the "will he or won't he play" Favre-front this offseason. It's hard to imagine that Favre would have bothered getting his ankle scoped in May were he not serious about playing this year, but we fully expect to be in the dark about his future for a while longer.

Why does anybody outside of the NFC North even care?

Ive always liked Brett Favre...tough, smart, dedicated player. But these past few years in and out of retirement have worn me out

I don't care what anyone says about possibilities, because I think the surgery has shown his dedication to playing this year.

It's so old anymore I just don't care it's old news with Farve, but I think because of his surgery so early he will be ready and come back in time for training camp.

:yup: This is pretty much how I feel about it.The Favre yearly "will he or won't he" saga has grown tiresome. :drama: :decision: :deadhorse: :coffee:

This is where I'm at with Favre. His drama king-ism has turned me off over the past couple of seasons and I'm at the point where I don't give a rat's ass if he plays or not.

Aug. 5th, 2030

Bret Favres funeral was held on Thursday. He agent will hold a press conference tomorrow to announce if Bret will return to the NFL or not.

I'm getting pretty tired of this myself.
