BALTIMORE — Based on Ben Roethlisberger’s record against the Ravens, the Steelers feel good about their chances tonight.

Of course, that’s if he plays and if he gets through this AFC North showdown unscathed.
Meanwhile, the Ravens feel good about their chances, too. Even though they’re 2-7 against the Steelers in games Roethlisberger starts, they have no reason to believe they won’t make it two straight against their rival.

For one thing, Roetlisberger is hobbling. He has a foot injury — a sprain, the Steelers call it — that is going his limit his swashbuckling playmaking abilities. There’s even a chance Roethlisberger won’t play although he says, “I’ll find a way to make it happen.” ..............

I think his fingernail touched Sanders at the 2 yard line. That's about all I heard from him.

Didn't hear his name called at all tonight. And he was supposed to be their X-factor?

When Ed Reed doesn't get his lame ducks and tipped passes to intercept, he's invisible, as he was once again against the Steelers.

I didn't hear Reed's name once, except for when Cris Collinsworth said he's nowhere to be seen. So it seems anytime Ben is playing the Ravens. Except for the 38-7 beatdown back in '07 when Ed got the shit kicked out of him twice by Hines, and once by Harrison on Monday Night Football. Good times, good times.
