On Cinci's DB on the hit against Wallace at the end of the first half.

The ball was in and out of Wallace's hands. The DB was 2 and a half yards away when the ball went through his hands. Wallace was still in the air. That is a CLASSIC definition of a "defenseless Receiver".

Anything less than a $25000 is a travesty in this new NFL.

He did hit him squarely in the back between the 3rd and 4th thoracic vertebrae and I believe the new guidelines say anything above the 5th warrants a fine.

We'll have to wait for the analysis from the crack video reviewers at NFL headquarters after consulting their on-call physician and anatomy specialist before we know for sure.

Yes. Harrison should just prepay all the fines and see if he has any money left at the end of the season.

As nice as it would sound, we all know it's not going to happen. According to the current rules on the book, that should have been a 15 yarder for hitting a defenseless receiver.

Oh wait, Wallace is a Steeler, therefore no call!

Sad state of the game now when instead of watching for great plays, we are trying to guess which one will deliver a fine...thanks Roger.

Actually, according to the current rules that WAS an ILLEGAL tackle on Palmer. Just like the tuck-rule... It was the right call...according to a very bad rule. Don't blame the refs for calling that penalty. BLame the NFL for instituting the rule.

Goodell was in the stands.. it BETTER be a fine.

That just means Harrison will get the fine, and the Patriots will be awarded an extra draft pick.

Ok, that one was a good call. A couple inches closer and Carson wouldn't have a knee. Seriously lol he was pretty damn close.

not true. the player must also have a name on his jersey consisting of 8 letters. with the first letter of the name beginning with an "H" and ending with an "N". i am surprised you didn't know that fact, preacher.
