It was pretty slim pickings this week as half the division was on a bye, and the Pittsburgh Steelers (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/pit/pittsburgh-steelers) and Cincinnati Bengals (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/cin/cincinnati-bengals) both suffered losses. But Pittsburgh rookie receiver Emmanuel Sanders (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=13295) gets the nod as the AFC North's High Energy Player of the Week after a pair of solid returns against the New Orleans Saints (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/no/new-orleans-saints).

With Pittsburgh's offense struggling most of the game, Sanders provided a boost on special teams by returning a kickoff 41 yards and a punt 38 yards to help change field position. His punt return led to a second-quarter field goal, which accounted for Pittsburgh's only points in the first half. Sanders also caught one pass for 21 yards..........

He better be hot because he is wearing Swannie's number. Time for Brown to step up too because ARE is looking s-l-o-w and we are watching Ward's last season.

I have to disagree with it being Wards last season. He is still playing at a high level and don't seem to be slowing down any. When Ward quits playing good and staying hurt is when you will see him retire.

You're right. He was even quoted as saying that.
