It looks as if we might see both Ziggy Hood AND Nick Eason start at defensive end against the Saints on Sunday. Brett Keisel did not practice again and, in fact, was gone from the building this afternoon, not even at practice. It does not look good that he will play on Sunday.

The good news is that laMarr Woodley went through a full practice and so did Flozell Adams.

The Steelers still have not made a move to replace Aaron Smith. That surely means that someone on the practice squad will be added to the 53-man roster, probably on Saturday, almost surely Steve McLendon But they have to release someone to make room on the roster for McLendon...........

Let's hope he can play. Our D can make up for one back up on the, but I don't know about two. Hopefully Ziggy will show why we made him a number 1 pick

Starting 2 backups at DE is a scary thought.

Im glad about flozell. Scott inspires me no confidence so far

As for keisel, Eason and ziggy better step up. At least the saints don't have much or a running game....

Ugh... not a good situation. Starting Eason and Hood could be bad. Good thing the Saints dont really run the ball and it looks like Reggie Bush wont play. I guess they should release Hills to bring up McLendon...

Man, this sucks. I hope this isn't a repeat of last year....

I'm thinking it's not to hard of a decision on who to cut...either Madison or Battle. IMO

It's going to suck being without The Diesel on Sunday night but I'm sure we'll get by with Ziggy and Eason out there. The other guys on the line will need to step it up but I believe both guys will play their hearts out and give it all they've got.

Remember though guys, Hoke can also play DE. That's what he was originally brought to Pittsburgh for.

Eason has played well when he needed to step up this season so far. This is all about Hood and if he can step up this game big, so we can bring the pressure on Bree's often!

How about Hoke playing at DE, please. That I can live with. At least more than Eason.
